innocent selected Outperform Planning to be an essential part of their supply chain and business re-shaping strategy. In 2013 innocent’s supply chain ran as a UK centric operation, but today runs across an expanding Pan-European network. The only way to make that transition in a responsible and commercial manner was to work with a software company who provided an adaptable and configurable solution that allowed differing supply chain scenarios to be evaluated, seeing the impact of those changes across the network before making those changes happen in the physical world. innocent is committed to getting its drinks to their consumers as sustainably as possible, reducing time from production to consumer, reducing the environmental impact of the supply chain and reducing unnecessary waste all at the same time as having a supply chain that is resilient to the natural operational change experienced by a fast growing company; all of these factors are being continually evaluated using Outperform Planning’s scenario and plan optimisation functionality.

…and we’re here to make it easy for people to do themselves some good (whilst making it taste nice too).

We started innocent in 1999 after selling our smoothies at a music festival. We put up a big sign asking people if they thought we should give up our jobs to make smoothies, and put a bin saying ‘Yes’ and a bin saying ‘No” in front of the stall. Then we got people to vote with their empties. At the end of the weekend, the ‘Yes’ bin was full, so we resigned from our jobs the next day and got cracking.

Since then we’ve started making coconut water, juice and kids’ stuff, in our quest to make natural, delicious, healthy drinks that help people live well and die old.
