Ella’s Kitchen chooses Outperform Planning

The UK’s number one baby food brand, Ella’s Kitchen has chosen Outperform Planning as their planning solution to support growth and aid in their planning processes.

The objective of the implementation and embedding of Outperform Planning into Ella’s Kitchen’s day-to-day business process is to manage their inventory and growing portfolio of products. Outperform Planning covers the supply side of their co-manufacturing environment, including procurement planning, raw material planning, and contract management.

Having previously used a mix of planning tools and processes, the new system will now allow all of Ella’s Kitchen planning data be stored and managed with one efficient system.

"We were looking at how we could best improve our planning processes and wanted to find a system that could help us mange a very complex co-manufacturing setup, whilst at the same time being simple and easy to use. From our very first conversation to embedding the new system within the business, we can honestly say that the team at Outperform have been amazing. As a result, we now have a new process which allows us to be more agile and efficient when it comes to managing the manufacturing and production of our products.”
