  • Build and maintain a relation with users and application administrators in all Outperform accounts, globally
  • Act as the client advocate within the wider Outperform organisation
  • Investigate problems as reported by phone, email and our defect tracking system
  • Reproduce issues and resolve issues, with support from development and services
  • Maintain contact and manage expectations with all stakeholders at client
  • Contribute to quality assurance on Outperform Planning
  • Support the administration of issues and new requirements
  • Write, maintain and evaluate user documentation
  • Perform and manage the process around updates

Job requirements:

Outperform is looking for a candidate with the following skills and characteristics:

  • Passion for Quality and customer satisfaction
  • Eager to learn the technologies behind the Outperform solutions and client’s business processes
  • Genuine interest in the customer’s needs and the ability to transform these needs into solutions, able to understand the question behind the question
  • Bachelor or Masters in ICT, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, Econometrics or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL as a language
  • Strong people skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, other language skills are a plus
  • Open to travel for work
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Finds it a bonus to work in a small team
